The box did not arrive on or before your requested delivery date. Requested delivery dates are NOT guaranteed. 

As a small business that purchases from other small businesses, refunds are not simple or timely. If the error was on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your box. 

Due to the nature of our business - hand packing and curation of each gift - all orders are packed and prepped for shipping in 3-5 business days and then shipped or picked up for local courier service. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, your order will begin processing and be prepared for shipment between Monday and Friday of the following week. Once packed for shipping, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information. Please note that business days refer to Monday-Friday, not weekends.

 

While rare, on occasion, there may be an extra processing day due to circumstances outside our control, such as weather, shutdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a gift is returned due to an improper address or failure to receive a signature upon arrival, the client is responsible for any and all reshipping fees.
